Shanele is a graduate of Kansas State, where she was coached by Quest coach Brian Agler. She was the 5th all time scorer, playing only 3 seasons, scoring 1, 344 pts. in her career. She was a first team all Big Eight Player in '95.
Spent the '95-'96 season with Pagkrati A.O. a professional women's team based in Greece.
She played 9 games with the Quest on a 30 day contract in the '96-'97 season.
She's a fan favorite, leading the cheers from the sideline.
