Drafted by Portland in the 7th round of the inaugural ABL Draft. The Quest picked up Harrison in the '98 draft in the first round. It was a good pickup for the Quest. She'll provide them with GREAT defense (yet another Tennessee graduate!!!), and steady offense.
Played for Tennessee...and the GREATEST coach ever Pat Summit. Won a National Championship with Tennessee in 1991. Earned Freshman All-SEC honors. Named Kodak All-American and Naismith Award Finalist in 1993. Named All-Southeastern Conference first team and All-SEC Academic as a senior.
After tonight's preseason game,
I know Lisa was a great pick! I knew she was a solid player for Portland,
but I think she will flourish in the Quest system. She is fast, has
a nice shot, GREAT on defense...she has what it takes to play Quest ball.
I think she can definitely become a HUGE threat to the opposing teams gameplan.
